About 60 people demonstrated Wednesday against the Folsom Police Department's handling of the shooting death of Joseph Han, 23, of Folsom. Han was shot Easter Sunday morning by Folsom Police Officers after the family called them out to check on their son, who reportedly had not eaten in days and was hallucinating.
